Managed AI Workforce & Data Operations
Managed AI data teams. Specialist and generalist workstreams. Accountable delivery.
Scaling AI data and LLM projects takes more than allocating tasks. Buyers need the right specialists and generalist reviewers, consistent instructions, quality leads, transparent reporting and accountable operations. Frostrek AI provides managed teams for AI training data, human evaluation, model-quality programs and broader data operations.
Our managed delivery model can cover hiring, screening, training, calibration, task execution, quality review, escalation, reporting and day-to-day delivery management. Team size and ramp-up are scoped to the project; we do not advertise an unverified fixed bench or guaranteed headcount.
Qualified annotators & leads • Client rubrics • Multi-level QA • Accountable reporting
Managed delivery services
Structured human operations ensuring task consistency, quality compliance, and responsive escalation.
Workforce planning and reviewer qualification
Frostrek can recruit, qualify, onboard and train annotators, generalist evaluators, language reviewers, coding/STEM specialists, domain experts and quality leads to match task complexity and volume. Actual qualifications, availability and onboarding schedules are established for each engagement.
Team leadership and delivery coordination
Frostrek manages the delivery workflow: staffing, team leadership, task allocation, daily coordination, client reporting, issue escalation and project management. Named leaders and responsibilities are documented during onboarding.
Reviewer calibration and process documentation
AI tasks may involve subjective judgments or incomplete examples. We can structure reviewer onboarding around client-approved rubrics, examples and documented decisions. When guidelines change, teams need version control, explanation of revised rules and a practical process for handling items already in progress.
Multi-level quality checks and exception handling
Our managed QA process can include quality leads, peer review, sampling, independent second-pass checks, issue logs, adjudication, corrective coaching and controlled rework. The client and Frostrek agree on the sampling method and acceptance criteria for each project; no blanket accuracy figure is promised.
Progress reporting and client communication
A useful operations report should distinguish assigned, completed, accepted, rejected and reworked items, along with quality trends and unresolved blockers. Frostrek can define reporting and escalation routines with the client based on their tools, decision cycles and data-delivery requirements.
Scoped ramp-up and capacity adjustments
When program volume changes, Frostrek can plan recruitment, training, specialist onboarding and QA coverage to scale the team. Headcount and start dates are confirmed against live availability and project scope; an applicant or recruitment pipeline is not described as active deployed staff.

These workstreams may require different skills, tooling and security controls. We qualify the team for the agreed task rather than assuming every role can do every task. For technical methods, explore our LLM Model Training & Alignment page; this page focuses on managed staffing, QA and delivery operations.
How a managed AI workforce engagement works
A clear five-step governance process from initial task definition to iterative operational refinement.
Define tasks, tools and decision owners
We review sample inputs, desired outputs, accepted/rejected examples, workflow tooling, permitted access and escalation contacts. The scoping discussion separates what Frostrek owns from what the client retains, including rubric decisions, data access approval and acceptance sign-off.
Establish the team and calibrate reviewers
Match roles to domain requirements, onboard against representative tasks and check consistency before committing to sustained volume. Document unclear instructions and get approval for interpretation changes rather than relying on informal judgments.
Execute a controlled workstream
Begin with an agreed initial batch or clearly defined recurring delivery cadence. Route new edge cases, technical blockers and policy questions to accountable owners. Where appropriate, separate production activity from quality decisions.
Apply QA and course correction
Measure performance using the client-approved sampling plan and acceptance criteria. Record error categories, investigate repeat issues, rework affected items and retrain reviewers or clarify guidelines as the program requires.
Report outcomes and improve the operating model
Share agreed operational summaries, workload visibility, QA observations and unresolved exceptions. Adjust staffing mix, calibration material or workflow design based on evidence and approved change requests.
Engagement models that can be scoped
Flexible operational structures matched to ongoing or project-based delivery needs.
Dedicated managed team
A defined group of reviewers, quality leads and delivery coordination roles assigned to an ongoing workstream, with reporting responsibilities and continuity arrangements documented in the agreement.
Project-based data operations
A bounded annotation, evaluation or validation program with agreed deliverables, tool access, QA criteria and acceptance procedure. Suitable when volumes and deadlines can be scoped ahead of execution.
Quality-review support
A focused QA or adjudication workstream alongside a client-operated production team, subject to access permissions, independence requirements and availability of domain-qualified reviewers.
Commercial terms, working hours, geography, team sizes and supported platforms are discussed case by case. These models describe engagement options, not guaranteed off-the-shelf packages.
Quality and data-handling controls
Project access, confidentiality, approved tools, reviewer permissions, handling and retention requirements are agreed for each engagement. Quality checks, exception escalation and reporting are set against the client-approved workflow and acceptance criteria. No blanket certification, regulatory or outcome guarantee is implied.
Before delivery, agree how reviewer disagreements are resolved, who approves rubric changes, when quality exceptions escalate, and what evidence is retained for acceptance review. Project-specific controls remain essential; certification does not itself guarantee that a particular AI dataset or outcome meets any accuracy threshold.

Frequently asked questions
Clear, operational answers regarding staffing structure, scaling, tooling, and data governance.
It is a coordinated delivery setup where qualified team members work within an agreed process and defined reporting structure. Instead of buying individual annotation hours, the customer scopes how work, quality checks and escalation are managed.
A project can be structured with annotators or evaluators, a quality-review function and delivery coordination roles. The staffing structure and named responsibilities are confirmed according to the engagement.
Capacity depends on required expertise, availability, project timing and onboarding needs. We confirm actual staffed and deployable capacity before quoting a headcount or ramp-up commitment.
Scaling can be planned, but it requires role qualification, access approvals, training and QA coverage. We discuss ramp requirements and a feasible schedule before committing.
The client and delivery team agree on the rubric, sample selection, acceptance criteria, error definitions, rework workflow and reporting metrics. This prevents misleading comparisons between unlike task types.
We review tooling requirements, permissions, workflow fit and security restrictions during onboarding. Client-owned tools and output formats can be considered where the engagement supports them.
These are relevant workstream categories. Actual support depends on confirmed domain skills, evaluator qualification, required tools and an agreed task specification. Detailed evaluation services are described on the dedicated page.
Coverage hours and service levels depend on the agreed staffing plan and contract. They are not assumed for every managed-workforce engagement.
Yes. Frostrek manages both generalist operations (research, classification, fact checking, content evaluation and annotation) and specialist AI data workstreams. Reviewer qualifications, QA plans and staffing are matched to each task.
We agree permitted systems, access controls, confidentiality requirements, handling rules, reviewer permissions and reporting before a program starts. Project-specific security and data-retention terms depend on the client agreement.
Share the task type, representative examples, expected volume, domain expertise, tool environment, data-security rules, proposed schedule and quality criteria. This helps define an appropriate operating model.
